Free Four: Tobias Tells the Divergent Knife-Throwing Scene

Free Four - 'Veronica Roth' My Rating: 3.0 When I found out that Veronica Roth wrote a scene from Tobias/Four's point of view, I knew I had to read it right away since I'm still not sure on how Tobias' mind works. (In Divergent, Tobias is all mysterious and fearless, but in Insurgent, he is pretty much a jerk, fighting over petty problems with Tris.) Best of all, I had a chance to read Free Four free. I never read the summary of Free Four before, so I was surprised to find out that the story begins and ends at when Tris was saving Al's bum from the knife throwing incident, which is chapter thirteen in Divergent according to the summary, instead of when Tobias first meets Four like I thought. Free Four tells about Tobias' growing feelings for Tris and Eric's dangerously growing envy. In reality, I will say that Free Four is really too short to give it any kind of rating, but since it was a decent read, I'll give it a rating of three. Not too good, but not too bad either. ohdamnbooks: free four
