A Lot Like Love (FBI/US Attorney Series #2)

A Lot like Love - Julie James My Rating: 4.0 Oh. My. Goodness. This book was good. Man, Julie James nailed it. It wasn't as good as Something About You, but A Lot Like Love is better than Just the Sexiest Man Alive and Practice Makes Perfect. A Lot Like Love had me dreaming about it, thinking about it, and devouring each page when I finally had my hands on it again. I would have finished the book a lot sooner if I didn't have to get ready for my graduation. Believe me, it's that good. Although Nick McCall is not a Jack Pallas, he still captured my heart when he gave up working undercover just to be with Jordan and learned the womanly quirks Jordan has like watching Dancing with the Stars and knowing different types of wine. Jordan is not the typical oh-I'm-rich-so-I-have-the-right-to-be-snobby type of person, no, she's real, sassy, and hardworking, earning her money on her own. Readers can't help but grow to love her. I know I do. I definitely can't wait to read About That Night, another novel written by Julie James specifically about Kyle, Jordon's twin brother. Man, I hope he finds a better girlfriend than his cheating ex. ohdamnbooks: a lot like love
